Leo brings a thoughtful and relationship-driven approach to his role as an Associate Private Wealth Manager at IEM. He works closely with our Private Wealth Managers to help develop personalized financial strategies, with a focus on aligning each client’s plan to their goals, priorities, and long-term vision. He enjoys building strong relationships with clients and serves as a dependable resource throughout the planning process, emphasizing consistency, clear communication, and a client-first approach.

Experience and Education

Leo joined IEM after earning his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Dallas Baptist University, where he also served as captain of the men’s soccer team. During his time in college, he completed three summer internships with IEM and continued working part-time with the firm throughout his senior year, gaining early exposure to financial planning and client service.

 He currently holds the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification and the Series 65 license. Leo values continuous learning and is committed to further developing his knowledge and skillset as he grows within the wealth management profession.

Personal

Originally from Minnesota, Leo enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors. He has a passion for sports of all kinds, with a particular interest in golf during the summer months. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, often on the lake, making the most of Minnesota’s summers.
