With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and a passion for helping clients make informed choices, Danica enjoys seeing her clients achieve their goals on their own terms. As an advisor and educator for individuals, families, and business owners, she is able to hone in on and address the issues of the greatest importance for many different types of clients. In addition to providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services, Danica also helps individuals who are facing major life transitions, including retirement, divorce, death of a family member, or the sale of a business.
Experience and education
Danica has been in the financial services industry since 1994. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business and administrative studies from Lewis & Clark College and an MBA from the University of Oregon. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant and holds Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations from the American College. She is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®).
A widow herself, Danica lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she spends time quilting, baking (and basking in the glow from her two state fair ribbons), running outside when the temperature is above zero, reading, and planning vacations that minimize the impact of Minnesota winters.

Charley is a problem-solver and truly enjoys collaborating with people to help pave their financial path. When working with his clients, he approaches their situation as a puzzle. In his role as their financial advisor, Charley helps the client figure out what pieces are in their own puzzle, and how they might all fit together.
Experience and education
Charley joined IEM in 2013 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in personal finance. He currently holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network® and is a student of all things related to retirement income planning. In addition, he has a special interest in how to translate sophisticated mathematical analysis into real-life strategies that help address unique client needs.
A Saint Paul, Minnesota native, Charley continues to call the cooler Twin City his home. His hobbies include anything in the realm of sports, particularly golf, tennis and fantasy football, and spending time at other peoples’ cabins. A music fan, Charley has limited his potential musical career to singing in the shower. He also enjoys travel and has spent extensive time in Europe and Thailand.

Helping clients make sound investment decisions as they navigate through the uncertainties of life is Dan’s passion. His attention to detail, ability to listen and to understand every person’s unique situation helps Dan guide clients through the complexities of developing a comprehensive financial strategy.
Education and Experience
Dan has more than 10 years of financial services industry experience, initially in compliance and sales supervision roles. In early 2018, Dan decided to follow his passion and apply his industry knowledge to working directly with clients and he joined Integrated Equity Management as an associate financial advisor. He currently holds his FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 53, and 66 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®, along with Life, Accident and Health licenses and is a Registered Principal. Dan earned a degree in economics from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota.
Dan lives in Highland Park, Minnesota, with his wife, Maggie, and their 18-month-old daughter, Audriana (Addie). They enjoy neighborhood walks, especially if a stop at Menchie’s for frozen yogurt is involved. Dan also enjoys summers filled with cabin trips, golfing, baseball, and barbeques with family and friends.
