Greg Monaco joined IEM in July 2021 as the company’s Chief Growth Officer. Greg has a special knack for helping financial advisors grow in their careers, and to better serve their clients through individualized holistic financial planning in an independent setting.
Greg knew that he wanted to call IEM home and help promote the IEM Way to financial advisors’ wants, needs, and desires to become independent fiduciaries for their clients. Working with IEM’s Leadership Team, Greg’s main priority as Chief Growth Officer will focus on engaging and retaining independent financial advisors to partner with the firm with its newest initiative: IEM Partners.
IEM Partners is built for financial advisors who are looking for a valued, cultural alignment different from their own. With Greg’s leadership, all of this will be done with a transparent, caring, and consistent approach to help advisors and their clients achieve balance in their everyday lives.
Experience and Education
Greg has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years with a mastery for business development and being a trusted mentor for financial advisors throughout his career. Eager to learn, Greg continues to be a student of business and personal relationships. He is a big believer in the saying:
“When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. When the student is really ready, the teacher will disappear.” – Tao Te Ching.
Greg graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a BS in Hotel and Business Management. He holds his FINRA Series 6,7 and 66 securities registrations.
Personal
Greg is married to his wife, Sari, and they have three children. Greg enjoys family time, traveling, walking, biking, and just about anything outdoors. He is a big fan of dogs, and he and Sari are advocates for fostering and pet adoption in their local area. If you haven’t noticed, Greg also is a huge quote nerd.
